Enquiry and confirmation

An enquiry through the website is not binding. Your stay is agreed once you have received a written confirmation from us.

Price and payment

The price is stated in the confirmation and includes utilities, internet, bed linen and towels. Payment deadline and method are stated in the confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are stated in the confirmation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am unless otherwise agreed.

House rules

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets only by agreement. The apartment may not be used for parties or by more people than agreed.

Damage

Damage or defects must be reported as soon as possible through the guest book. Guests are liable for damage caused by improper use.
