STAY ApS, company reg. no. 46848446, is the data controller for the information you give us through the website. You can contact us at hello@staynordic.dk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we store the information you write: name, email, phone and your answers in the form. For companies also company name, registration number and contact person.

Purpose

We use the information to reply to your enquiry and, if we enter into an agreement, to manage the rental.

Storage

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted automatically after 6 months. Information about rentals is kept as long as the law requires.

Cookies

The website only uses one necessary cookie that protects the forms against misuse. We do not use cookies for statistics or marketing. The map on the apartment pages is shown via OpenStreetMap and sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
